Tulsa police are searching for a bizarre serial vandal who has repeatedly targeted local businesses in the early morning hours, wearing only a thong, shower cap, and modified face mask while committing grotesque acts of public indecency and property damage.
Disgusting Pattern of Vandalism
Officers responded to a shopping center south of Tulsa’s city center around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday after reports of a nearly naked man defecating into dog waste bags and smearing the contents on business walls and doors. The property owner installed security cameras after the first incident, capturing the suspect returning multiple times to commit the same repulsive acts. Surveillance footage shows a man wearing glasses, red Crocs, a black cross-body bag, purple latex gloves, and a black shower cap. He deliberately exposed himself to the cameras before conducting his vulgar business.

The suspect’s face mask had been cut open, revealing nearly his entire face despite the supposed disguise. Police have responded to the area multiple times but have failed to apprehend the vandal, who continues to strike local businesses. The Tulsa Police Department issued a public appeal on Facebook Saturday, pleading for information: “Help us find this guy. Please, if you know where we can find him, we’d love to relieve these business owners.”
Part of Disturbing National Trend
This Tulsa case joins a troubling pattern of similar incidents across America in recent years. Colorado experienced its own “Mad Pooper” case, while Ashland, Massachusetts dealt with a “Parking Lot Pooper,” and New Jersey made headlines with the “Pooperintendent of Schools” scandal. A psychologist previously explained this bizarre phenomenon as perpetrators seeking thrills by “pushing the envelope and getting to the edge of civil behavior.” Such acts represent extreme boundary violations that damage property and create public health hazards for business owners and their customers.
Business Owners Seek Relief
Local business owners have been forced to install security systems and clean up after repeated violations, creating financial burdens and safety concerns. The pattern of early morning attacks suggests the perpetrator deliberately chooses times when businesses are closed and streets are empty. Police continue investigating the case and encourage anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts to contact the Tulsa Police Department immediately. Authorities emphasize the urgency of removing this individual from the streets before he can target additional businesses in the community.
