High School Students BEAT Teacher During Anti-ICE Walkouts

High school students in Texas violently attacked a man during anti-ICE protest walkouts that swept through multiple school districts, with disturbing video footage capturing the assault as administrators struggled to maintain order.

Violence Erupts During Student Protests

The incident occurred during coordinated walkouts across at least four Texas school districts, including Hays CISD, Manor ISD, Lockhart ISD, and Pflugerville ISD. Video footage shows multiple students surrounding and attacking the victim, chasing him to his pickup truck while throwing objects and shouting profanities. The chaotic scene included students wearing contrasting messages, with one shirt reading “Kill Your Local Pedophile” and another displaying “Choose Kindness Always.”

Kyle Police arrested two minors during the Hays CISD student walkout on Monday. The protests disrupted regular classroom instruction as students left campus without permission, violating district policies regarding unauthorized absences and use of school property for non-educational activities.

District Response and Safety Concerns

Hays CISD issued a comprehensive statement addressing the walkouts but notably omitted any mention of the reported assault. The district emphasized that protests were not sanctioned and that participating students would face unexcused absences and disciplinary action. School officials deployed teachers and administrators to monitor protesters while maintaining instruction for students who remained in class.

The district stressed its commitment to political neutrality, stating that as a governmental entity serving diverse constituencies, it maintains strict non-partisan policies. Officials emphasized that staff members are educators, not politicians, tasked with preserving educational environments during challenging circumstances.

Constitutional Rights vs School Safety

While acknowledging students’ First Amendment rights to free expression, the district maintained firm boundaries regarding disruption of the instructional day. The statement referenced the landmark 1969 Tinker v. Des Moines Supreme Court decision establishing precedent for student speech rights. However, officials emphasized that exercising constitutional rights comes with accepting consequences for rule violations, particularly when student safety becomes compromised during unauthorized demonstrations.

  1. The Governor of Texas should come down hard on these school districts and make sure that EVERY one of these delinquents are EXPELLED from school !!!

  2. Sandy
The main instigators ( students ) should by expelled. Their parents should have to find another school
who will take them. First Amendment rights don’t fall under this incident because they are in school and
under school supervention. They need to be held responsible for their actions. Violent actions should
not by tolerated. These are not little kids.

  3. Ya’ll can condemn everybody in the nation except “YOUR SELF”, failing to teach the Constitution, History, LAW, and how and why it works, and these “ways that seemeth right” are not, is the reason this nation is coming to it’s end just as all the nations have before it.
250 years is the average age of all the other “Empires” before us, and they all fell because of their citizens, not because of an invasion.

These kids have no idea of the consequences their actions today will cause tommorrow, and even worse, they have nodoy that will tell them.
