Alfredo SalvioOrozco faces multiple charges after the June incident on California Street. Video footage shows him running around a black Toyota RAV4, pounding on the hood, and clinging to the driver’s side window while the vehicle was in motion. His own sedan remained stopped in the middle of the road with the driver’s door wide open as the chaotic scene unfolded. Witnesses captured the entire confrontation, with bystanders expressing shock and urgency as they watched the dangerous situation develop in broad daylight.
According to video reviewed by local media, SalvioOrozco threw objects at the SUV and verbally attacked the driver before physically assaulting the vehicle.
