A Miami adult film performer faces criminal charges after allegedly attacking a man who declined intimate relations, resulting in property destruction and assault injuries that required police intervention on February 19.
Violent Confrontation Erupts Over Rejection
La’Rose Sainte, 30, allegedly assaulted a man in his own apartment after the victim explained he wouldn’t engage in intimate activity because Sainte is not Jewish, according to Miami Dade County police records. The two had met three weeks before the incident. When the victim declined, Sainte reportedly demanded car keys and money. The victim attempted to flee to his bathroom, but Sainte allegedly pushed him to the ground and repeatedly struck him in the face, authorities stated in arrest documents.

The victim escaped his apartment but returned after hearing the sounds of destruction inside. Sainte allegedly shattered a mirror, broke the refrigerator door handle, and destroyed two pairs of sunglasses valued at three hundred dollars combined. When the victim returned, Sainte grabbed a shard of glass from the broken mirror and attempted to stab him, police said. The victim sustained minor cuts on his left hand while defending himself, along with facial injuries from the earlier punches.
Arrest and Court Proceedings
Officers quickly located and stopped Sainte, who fled the scene. Police found the victim’s house keys, car keys, and lock keys in Sainte’s possession, according to the arrest affidavit. Sainte, also identified as Jacob Todd Pabellon in court documents, was arrested on battery and theft charges. Judge Marisa Tinkler-Mendez released Sainte on personal recognizance. An arraignment is scheduled for April 20, the Miami District Attorney’s office confirmed.
Defendant Denies Allegations
Sainte maintains innocence and disputes the police account. Writing on social media platform X, Sainte claimed the circulating story is false and promised to share another version of events. The adult content creator, who posts explicit videos on multiple platforms and has visible neck and forehead tattoos, called the allegations insane and said the accusations are horrible lies. Sainte did not respond to media requests for additional comment about the incident or the upcoming court date.
